Hugo Rodríguez Nuñez nació el 28 de febrero de 1990 en Chiclayo, Perú. De niño escribía poesías, acrósticos y canciones. Es autor del concepto infantil Zórbika (2016) y de 'Juan Manuel y la llave del Poder' (Bruño, 2017), así como de más de 10 canciones del rubro infantil. Entre sus escritos se encuentran las novelas: 'El Poemario' (policial), la heptología 'Marina y el Secreto Familiar' (Misterio/Aventura), la tetralogía "La Dimensión de los Sueños" (Aventura) y la octología "Zórbika Códices" (Aventura y Acción), y los cuentos 'Aventuras de Wampi', enfocado en resaltar los valores y el cuidado del medioambiente.
Para televisión creó la serie 'Hermanos por Contrato', 'La Pensión' (comedia) y 'El Gran Almacén' (Suspenso/acción).
